1 year ago I started training with Ben Shepherd at Ainsworth Body Science.
Still not where I want to be, but the progress in 12 months is clear to see!
And compared to when I started working in 2021, WOW

I have been training with Liam for around 18 months. Great professional trainer and motivator.
The training facility is clean private and the staff are very friendly. I have lost 59 ponds and feel great.Keep up the Good work Liam. Fantastic fitness studio for all types of activity including Krav Maga self defence. The studio is ''kitted out'' and is airy and bright and large enough for one to one sessions and group exercise.

During my time of having holistic therapy with Shine my experience was made very comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as professional. The receptionist is one of the most pleasant and helpful I've ever encountered and the overall quality of service of Ainsworth is top notch.
