Whatever your age or ability level, Tone & Chill is a great group class for those that want to feel like they've had a good workout, but with all the benefits of stretching, toning, helping you feel happy, healthy and strong.

This class is all bodyweight based and alternative options are provided to cater for all fitness & flexibility levels.

A final, relaxing meditation ends the class. Come along and try it out! First class free :)

Adults Krav Maga 

Our adults Krav Maga classes are for everyone – regardless of age or ability. We take an individual approach to each student, ensuring the very best experience possible.

Our classes will vastly improve your fitness and stamina, whilst teaching you real-world self-defence techniques to keep you and your loved ones safe. Our instructors are all trained and certified in the USA and Israel (the home of Krav Maga). With our many years of experience training and teaching Krav Maga, you can be sure to leave every class feeling exhilarated (and perhaps a little tired!)
 

Kids Krav Maga 

Our kids Krav Maga classes (6yrs+) teach focus, self-discipline, respect for others and good manners. We cover real-world situations where self-defence may be required, while also educating students on fitness. Our classes help children of all ages develop essential life skills by encouraging team work and socialisation.

Many parents are so impressed by the benefits their child receives that they join the adult classes too. This really is the most fun you can have learning self-defence!
