Whatever your age or ability level, dynamic yoga is a great class for those that want to feel like they've had a good workout, but with all the benefits of stretching, toning, and using breath to control body and mind, helping you feel happy, healthy and strong.

A final, relaxing meditation session ends the class. Come along and try it out!
