Our workshops are for those that enjoy staying fit but don't always know how to use gym equipment correctly to get the best from a workout.
We run weekly group sessions (Maximum 4 in a group) to show you how to use gym equipment from handheld weights up to squat racks and cable machines.
The aim is to build confidence in what you can do, widen your exercise potential by training you how to use different equipment to get the best out of your exercise programme, and most importantly make sure you are using equipment safely to ensure no injuries!
